Great news iinet and ABC, as a customer of iinet this gives me a choice on wether I watch New Inventors on TV or or another program that coincides with it. Then I can watch it on my PC. GREAT news luv yus all.

That's an absolutely brilliant move on the part of iinet. I was looking at iview last night, and I couldn't help but think - well this is great, but for virtually the same amount of download I can have the show on my hdd to hang onto forever. Even though I'm really only likely to watch a tv show once.

Anything that makes it comparable or better service to piracy is going to help the abc convert downloaders into users of the service.
