Finally, pictures of the touchscreen BlackBerry Thunder in action. BlackBerry Sync has a pair for us: One showing the music player (which will have an integrated carrier music store, but hopefully not Verizon’s UI, ugh) and another apparently recording a video. It’s definitely super polished, as we’d expect from a phone BlackBerry’s ballsy enough to call “Apple killer.” Hit the second shot below.

i dont know how i feel about this..if i wanted a phone like this i would get the iphone..i think the voyager is better than this b/c at least it has a keyboard and what not…i like the curve way better than the thunder

Noemi your an idiot, how could you think the voyager is better when the voyager’s durability is no where near what a blackberry would be, and the 3g iphone isn’t as good quality and blackberry knows more about phones than Apple does. And you liking the curve just shows that you probably have the oldest verizon phone and is scared of technology so now you don’t want to upgrade.

i feel that everyone has set theyer minds on the iphone a lil to much blackberry has all of corporate amreica and has dominated in that feild since forever im a paralegal and know hundreds of ppl that have returned the iphone do to the lack of email and even after the 3g came out it still cant come even close to the blackberry. in regards to teh screen and not having bottons they have taken that into considaration as well and have made the screen better then the iphone it has the capability of distinguishing from a soft touch and since its a spring loaded tactile feedback it takes away from the chances of pressing a application by mistake like the iphone or pressing other letters when you type! all of this to makes this phone much better then the iphone sorry ! that my opinion

John, you have a good point. Apple has been around a lot longer than blackberry. Yet I ask, which of the two have been making phones longer? Hmmm, blackberry. Yes, the I phone is nice yet it lacks the PDA complexity that blackberry seems to handle with ease. Corporate america! I say blackberry.
