		<description>&lt;p&gt;i just restored my (1.0) iphone with a vodafone SIM card in it and when it started up iTunes let me go through with activation... until it came to choosing plans then you get an error. usually you get a message saying the you can&#039;t activate using this sim. Another unusual thing is that the phone immediately recognizes the vodafone SIM WITHOUT having to unlock the phone. This is a big sign the we will be able to activate outright phones at home and that you will be able to recharge them through itunes. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i&#039;m really looking forward to 2.0 and the ability to finally use my phone... as apple intended.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
