Iron Man Blu-ray Preorder on Amazon

The special edition is 28 bucks down from US$40. But there is no non-special edition. Fishy, but hey, Iron Man

AU: Damn Blu-ray and damn their region encoding! Obviously, this won’t work for the likes of us. I checked EzyDVD but they don’t have anything up yet…

    Why on earth would it not work for Australians. Simply order it from Amazon. Paramount has NEVER released a region coded Bluray movie. Even Cloverfield (their most recent mega hit that’s already released on the format) is region free.

    Having said that, I have not preordered mine yet. I’d prefer to wait for some confirmation that it’s region free.

    Every single Paramount Blu-ray released so far in Region A has been region free including recent releases Cloverfield and There Will Be Blood:

    It’s usually Fox and Sony that lock region (and not even all the time with Sony).
