Er... "Flagship" hand-held?

All things considered, this is Apple's ONLY hand-held.

The iPhone should really be renamed to iPda. The GPS and web browser are really cool. The 3rd party apps will be cool too. I want one, but not for the phone functions. I woulda liked to see a 5MP cam and 32gb personally.

I was really, really hoping for 32GB. It's disappointing that they didn't include a 32GB version for another $100-$150, because I bet a whole bunch of people like me would have paid for it.

It is so close to being a deal-breaker... but not quite. I'll just have to do without half my music and keep fewer vids on hand. I can't wait until tomorrow!

Is everyone forgetting that it has only been a year since the first model was released? I agree some of the software functionality not being included is a bit dissapointing (such as copy/paste) but there is only so much you can do to the phone without facing large engineering challenges on size, battery life and most importantly price.

I beleive Apple do not want to have to produce a larger or differently shaped iPhone to fit more features in. No doubt when 5MP cameras and 32GB becomes a realistic option for them it will be put in.

Well that's a disappointment.
I mean it's practically the same Iphone with a couple of extra bits stuck on. I love my Apple products as much as the next guy, but dude, looking at this Iphone I'm like, "big whooopdy doo dah freaking dai". It wouldn't convince me to replace my nokia which does far more but has... buttons! (mumbles) no mms or copy/paste, what is this, the 90's?

You guys forgot to add "Adobe Flash capability" as well, and the "mini iPhone" we were hyped about.

I am sure all of these features will be added in the next iPhone revision, WWDC 2009?
