Dell Studio Hybrid Mini PC Spotted in Spy Shots

Dell's got a mini PC on the way dubbed the Studio Hybrid, and Engadget has the requisite blurry spy shots to prove it. The clear orange case looks like something you'd find in a European nightclub, but we can't complain about the 320GB HDD, 4GB RAM, five USBs, HDMI, DVI, S/PDIF, DVD+R and memory card reader inside. No official word on release date or price, but we're hearing it'll be out later this year in the US$500-US$700 range. [Engadget]

These are specs that the Mac Mini should've been aiming for.
What's with that case? It looks similar to another PC posted on here, but hell if I can remember what it was.

Yeah - I don't like the orangey plasticy bit. Specs are good, size is nice, and hopefully it's quiet too. But I'd prefer to see it in the original bamboo casing.

If it comes in other colors, I'll consider it. As it is, it's almost as poor a color choice as the brown Zune.

@hired_geek: This does actually look like a hard drive that could have been released with the orange iMacs, several of them i just moved out of storage here at my job. It's so sad that they're recycling them
