XM Satellite Radio and EMI Music have settled the lawsuit over the recording of digital songs by XM users. Nobody knows the terms of the deal, but it probably involves virgins and kittens' blood. [Reuters]
So, if I take my XM receiver and stuff a kitten inside of it while pouring virgin blood on the antenna, I should be able to record music now? Sounds easy enough. Just have to catch a kitten and steal some blood from my son's girlfriend before it is too late.
Now remember you have to use EMI approved kitten's and virgin blood or this will still won't work. Both can be very easily found in itunes and on amazon!

As a lawyer, I'd say your proposed settlement is unlikely. Realistically, it probably includes terms that involve kittens and virgin blood.
