$25 iDance WALL-E Is One Seizuriffic Lil' Bot

The iDance WALL-E robot—essentially a dancing iPod speaker—is awesomely spazztastic. He busts his moves to the tune of any MP3 player via 3.5mm jack and gives a groovy light show with his eyes. WALL-E also speaks, saying his name in that adorable voice of his ("WaAaaAAaLL-E"). As you can see in the video, he's not as fancy as his very embarrassed $200 big brother, but for $US25 he'll make any Rolly roll for the hills. Hey Hollywood, I smell You Got Served 2. It—that is, the iDance WALL-E—will be out in July. [Disney]

I had to crack up, with the way the idance version's dancing like mad ("Duka,duka,duka,duka!" oddly comes to mind), and the robotic version's acting like a neglected pet! The robotic version still interests me, stingy controls or not. What's playing, anyways?

oh disney. i love WALL•E, But now that apple is good and everything else is bad i guess putting an "i" in front of anything makes it sell, right iDance WALL•E? just wait until apple changes everything to "me". the mePhone, meMac, meBook, MobileMe. then i'll have to buy a meDance Wall•e.

The song this little robot is dancing to is some pop thing.
Try feeding it "Confusion" by New Order and watch what happens.
I still want to see the movie, though.

Just as dumb as the movie probably is. I saw the initial previews and thought the movie was cool, till I herd the voice. Very annoying. Should have had a Johnny 5 type voice, not some voice that sounds awful. Oh well, maybe Ill see the movie anyway.

Did anyone look at the Toy R Us item description...
...Includes music, original voice and SFX from the movie. Character stands over 5 feet tall.
I wish it were a 5 foot robot...that would be friggin' sweet!!
