Where exactly did you people all buy iphones from that cheaply in the states?...

I want one but don't really want to pay the kind of money they are on ebay.

I was just in a telstra shop and was told telstra is currently testing the iphone on the network to make sure it works…

I agree Shaun. I also got mine sent from the US and Ziphoned it in about 2 minutes. Running on Optus and absolutely love it.

i dont even know why ppl are waiting for Aus release, i got mine sent over couple weeks after us price drop … cost me $480 all up with xchange rate, i jailbroke it to vodafone prepaid.. and loved it ever since….

how much will telstra charge and can u imagine there data plan costs… dont wait ppl cause i think u will be ripped off

Ok, if they (Telsta) get the iphone over vodafone or Optus I’m going to Thailand to get a second hand one.
