		<description>&lt;p&gt;I went for a swim on monday in Elwood, and the beach was litered with Jellyfish carkases, the water was merky with some kind of dirt and it was really really hot. 2 of those things im gona blame on Baldy, our so called &#039;environment minister&#039; the 3rd is probbaly my fault. Power ratings.....&lt;/p&gt;</description>
