We had the series 6 for 1 month before ti was stolen. We very much liked it. Have decided to stay with the Samsung, and having it replaced with the series 7. Compared to the Sony Braviea x seemed better colour and less chunky - the swivel base makes it better useable for us.

there is very little glare in my experience, i also own a Kuro plasma -it's about equal. That says a lot - and the Picture Quality is superb for LCD... color accuracy is also a huge plus with this set. I had a Panasonic 85U prior - horrible color acuracy and red push was not correctable - even in the service menu! Great HDTV from Samsung
