iPhone 1.1.3 Jailbreak is Here!

The iPhone 1.1.3 Jailbreak is here, courtesy of Nate True and the iPhone Dev team. It's a Windows-only download right now, but Nate tells us that they've got a Mac version coming soon and it "should be quick".

Fot the Windows version, you need to download an install iBrickr (instructions are on Nate's site), which will guide you through downloading and installing the firmware. The whole thing will take about 15-30 minutes, based on estimates.

Some feeback from the latest 1.1.3 Jailbreak process by Nate True's iBrickr jailbreak 1.1.3 process for my iPod Touch.

Home screen is bare with default Apple apps plus the Installer.

Installer works, even list all the previous packages I've installed under 1.1.2. But these are not showing up in the home screen and pagination is lost since there is not enough apps installed.

Can install other apps via installer though. Can't see new Mail, Maps, Stocks, Weather.. apps.

"About...." does indicate that it has upgraded to 1.1.3.

All music and videos are still there and accessible as normal.

Home screen customisation is not working... i.e. no wiggly icons.

May be not for iPod Touch right now...
