• Vivid Video is suing PornoTube over copyright infringement. I never thought I'd say this, but I hate you, Vivid Video. [Ars Technica]

I like porn - and piracy is not cool. I have to give Vivid big props for actually standing up to AEBN to stop pirating Vivid's films with their promotional vehicle, PornoTube. If you actually read the article on AVN.com you'd see that AEBN uses PornoTube to get people to go to their site using adult film studios' copyrighted works, and not giving a dime back to those companies who had to deal with all the costs of producing the film. Vivid actually spends serious money on their performers and films, and 2257 record keeping is not cheap.

^ OMG. No wonder you're an intern! YOU JUST INSULTED THE JESUSPHONE!!! I'll be surprised if Giz will even let you near their building come tomorrow morning. You should already know that ANYTHING that is posted by the Gizmodo staff has to ALWAYS be pro-Apple if it relates to MP3 players, cell phones, software, or computers.

that budcase looks suspiciously similar to those thumb drive pouches that they sell for storing a few thumb drives at a time connected to your key chain. Looks like someone took the same product and gave it a new description.
