Two billion images uploaded to Flickr. The 2,000,000,000? A photo of the golden tree on Market St in Sydney’s Chinatown. Big up for the Aussie connection, and to ‘yukesmooks’ for pinging their shot up at just the right moment.
You mean 2 thousand millionth. Still a long way to go to 2 billion (unless you are American, in which case you need to make smaller things sound bigger for obvious reasons) :)

I don’t recall seeing a tree like that on Market St.
Although, there is a near identical one down on the corner of Sussex and Hay St.

Seeker, I think you’ll find that all businesses and governments in Australia and even Britain now consider a billion to be “a thousand million”.
=P
Plus, ‘a billion’ slides off the tongue a lot easier than ‘a thousand million’!
