@EQC: This is what I would like to know since I have not bought a single game and use mine primarily for blu-ray off netflix.
My first game will be GTA4, however I foresee an AO/M ESRB battle a la Manhunt 2, since they seem to be gunning for Rockstar since the violence is no worse than Manhunt 1. I am hoping that GTA4 gets AO, and then Rockstar says screw it and releases it anyway, selling it directly off their site. Its a big enough game that they might just force change with the AO stigma.

@k2001:
That would require a hand held with two stick, four shoulder buttons, and in sony's case motion sensitivity. not to mention developer support and an internet backbone responsive enough to not cause lag, But as for your grammatically incorrect comment about games.
Lets see we have Warhawk, Heavenly Sword, Folklore, Resistance: Fall of Man, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, R&C:Tools of Destruction, COD4: Modern Warfare, Dynasty Warriors 6, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas, FIFA Soccer 08, NBA 2K8, DiRT, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, The Darkness, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, Armored Core 4, Conan, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock(with wireless controller), skate.
Downloadable games like super stardust HD, rampage, everyday shooter, locoroco, super puzzle fighter, calling all cars, go!sudoku, gripshift, blast factor, flow, super rub'a'dub, lemmings, cash guns and chaos, ps1 classics, and lots of demos to try out.
An entire library of ps1 and ps2 games available if you choose to purchase a model with backward compatibilty.
More good games coming out all the time.
Assassin's Creed and Beowulf 11/13.
Medal of Honor: Airborne, TimeShift, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Time Crisis 4 11/20
Haze 12/04 BlackSite: Area 51 12/10.
GTA4 and MGS4 will be out soon enough.
Thats enough to keep me busy for the next couple of months.

@VishusBurn: I think there's plenty of people who do own the equipment and will try it. Gratz to Sony for their continuous efforts to improve the system. I have seen it come leaps and bounds from what we were dealt at launch.

When I get more excited about going home and updating my firmware than playing a game on my PS3, that worries me.

wake me up when Sony or any other console company can use the Internet to remotely play game over the Internet. By the I know Sony has one game but that game sucks.

i dont think most people would appreciate these features unless they owned the equipment and tried it.

Uh, you could turn your 360 on or off from anywhere in the world with a PSP? Yeah no, you couldn't. This is a great feature to go with remote play. You can stream music and movies straight to the PSP and be able to power off the unit when you're done. The 360 can not do any of this.

remote start? reminds me something my Xbox360's been able to do for years.

not that it matters (due to lack of disk availability), but any idea when the PS3 will officially be BluRay 1.1 capable? 2.0?
It's got all the right hardware...just needs the firmware to give it the capabilities, right? I'd think Sony would get it done as soon as possible to tout it as a feature...

@ssjmichael: Thats awesome. Gonna have to get me a PSP for this! Would be great to have my entire media collection from my home network streamed to a PSP anywhere!
