Precocious Kids Mess with Tracks of an Oncoming Train
Posted by Adam Frucci at 6:05 AM on November 29, 2007
These kids messed with the tracks of their local express train and got it to go off its normal tracks. I don't want to spoil this video for you, so just watch it. Trust me, it's worth it. It's another one of these great videos in the spirit of yesterday's flying car clip, of which I cannot get enough.

Just think of how many people would ride the trains if they could expect this along the trip.
Have different train lines for different folks... :)
Excellent video... LOL!!

The "film" was made as a commercial for Hydro to inspire more children / adolescents to become interested in engineering. The actual version ends by saying "There are many young engineers. We can't wait for them to grow up.
It's Norwegian, not Albanian, and is directed by Roenberg at Motion Blur. Effects by Fido Film out of Stockholm (applied for a job there, only reason I know).

@smitty1123: Of course, they also gave us the 21st Waffen Mountain Divisiou of the SS Skanderbeg [en.wikipedia.org], one of the most notorious of the war. See also:[www.serbianna.com]
I'm not trying to be a troll here, but I'm simply a military historian. I'm also not saying that Albanians are bad people. I'm simply stating that at least one bad thing did come out of there. Also, I'm a very big fan of both Dushku and Belushi, and as a matter of fact, I make an annual visit to his grave site on Martha's Vineyard, where I summer. Flame me if you will, but I'm really not trying to be a jerk here, merely adding to the conversation.
That aside, I'm really impressed with the editing, and the video itself is hilarious. Even if it's old, I haven't seen it before, so like OMG Ponies! said, it's new to me.

@TomTheGeek: Maybe because it took some gadgetry magic to make the train appear to do a loop? How boring would it be just to see one endless product after another, new or old, if they didn't put some fun in between them? Might as well go surf Best Buy or Circuit City if that's all you want. First time I've seen it, so I'm glad they showed it. Too all those 'it's old' people let me say, not everybody has the time to surf the web like you do or has seen it all, so next time...before clicking the jump, why don't you quickly ascertain that you've already seen it, and move down to the next article? It should only take a few seconds of your pitiful life.

This video commercial was for one of the northern European (Norway?) hydro companies - they want engineers.
I saw the full commercial on TV - on Fridays, the local news has a segment called "Satellite Debris" where they air all sorts of wierd videos and commercials from around the world. This was one of them, but they aired the whole thing, which indicated what it was advertising. This was actually the second one of those... the first featured these same kids doing a remote-controlled (full scale) car...
