NVIDIA Launches GeForce 8800M GTX and GTS Notebook GPUs
Posted by Matt Buchanan at 9:40 AM on November 20, 2007
NVIDIA got official today with its GeForce 8800M GTX and GTS notebook GPUs, which you might remember from the fresh-out-the-door Alienware beast from a few hours ago. Mark Rein, Epic Games' VP is "ordering one" exclamation point, if that makes you more blisteringly excited. [Nvidia]

Now these just need to be available separately, so I can upgrade my laptop without having to buy a whole new one...

@Blah8: If your laptop is MXM III compatible, you can upgrade it with an MXM III card. Problem is finding a reseller of one of those.

Don't game on your laptop. If you want to play games on a rapidly outdated system just buy a console and save money.
That said, I could probably buy three PS3's for the cost of my two 768MB 8800GTX's so who is the real fool?
