iTunes 7.5 Mentions Future iPhone Disk Usage

The recent iTunes update didn't just bring fun new games, it also had a few new resource strings buried inside that point to some new features. Among them are the long-awaited disk use so you can store files, manual music management, iTunes-chosen music syncing and voice memos. We're willing to bet these strings are there in iTunes to prep for the next iPhone update coming some time in the next few months (possibly before 3rd party apps, but who knows). I can not find where to access my bank account. Not sure I have information needed to find page to enter my user name. Maybe you can help me fill in the blanks since I cant seem to get any answers. I also applied to

so wait, does this mean that Installer.app still works under the new firmware upgrade? Just not jailbreakme.com?
I haven't bothered upgrading because I haven't bothered checking to see if I can jailbreak it.

I love that theme, but I liked the brushed aluminum dock thing for the four primary mode buttons. Glad to see UMS support coming. It's part of the reason why I like my iPod, and hopefully iPod touches get large enough in capacity to be worth the buy for me.

Anyone else get the idea that so much was missing from the original iphone firmware just so there would be a reason to upgrade, thus relocking the phone?

@jawzxy: I find it amusing how everyone was so hyped about he iJesusPhone coming out, then the first thing they did was complain about all the things it couldn't do and why didn't it do it right out of the box. Then about how they couldn't break into it, then once they did that a patch to provide some of the things they wanted broke their hacked phones.
Good Lord people, give it a break! Either use the phone as-is or hack it and suffer any consequences, but either way, shut up!!!
BTW- jawzxy, not a personal attack on you, your comment just happened to be handy to link to.

They really need to add MMS, digital zoom, video recording, and voice recording (including during calls) to the iPhone in the next update. It's freakin' ridiculous that they still haven't gotten around to it! Assisted GPS and landscape typing in SMS and e-mails would be nice, too.
Oh, and why can't I reorder my icons? It drives me nuts!
And one last thing; I would love to see my weather app show the current weather pattern and temperature (with a setting to determine how frequently it should update, if at all). I like at-a-glance information.

@Pselus: this was an update to quicktime and iTunes. the 1.1.2 firmware update hasn't come out yet, but it might coincide with the UK launch of the phone.
