It seems you guys are taking Engadgets lead - claiming that this is the fix for the iMac crashing bug. The truth is, as I pointed out to Engadget, no one appears to know whether or not this fixes the crashing bug or not.
All Apple says is it "provides important bug fixes and is recommended for 20- and 24-inch iMac models with 2.0, 2.4, or 2.8GHz processors."
