Now can scientists genetically engineer an FCC that is not afraid of a merged XM and Sirius?

While, on balance, I dislike that gas pumps lie, I don't really feel cheated when someone is "stealing" up to 4/1000th of a gallon of gas. That means that at most every 250 times I fill up, I lose a gallon? For me that would one gallon every five years or $0.60 per year.
To put it another way, given the money-value of time, I wasted more money writing this comment than I have lost to offending gas pumps.

@yogibimbi: It might be "rodicide" - since its the rodent being killed. Like regicide is a king/queen being killed. Yes, that was a simpson's reference.
