Even in Death, This Guy is a Massive Nerd
Posted by Sean Fallon at 11:40 AM on October 30, 2007
I'm not sure who this guy was, but one thing is for sure —he was a massive nerd. Got to love that kind of commitment though. Plus, if he ever came back as a zombie you could probably stay alive by sitting him in front of a new computer with a sweet LCD monitor. [News From Gadgets World]

@strider_mt2k: "if I asked you straight off, "I'm going to stuff you in this box. Now, would you rather be alive or dead?" naturally, you'd prefer to be alive. Life in a box is better than no life at all, I expect. You'd have a chance, at least. You could lie there thinking, "Well, at least I'm not dead. In a minute somebody is going to bang on the lid, and tell me to come out."

Nonono, it's one of those devices that lets you text someone if you aren't completely dead.
"Hello??"
"Hello I'm not quite dead!!"

@wizzledizzle: Or get turned into a diamond. That way you can have a small memorial for yourself that your surviving kin and wear on themselves.

The monitor serves as a time capsule, reminding us in 50 years that that man died without witnessing the joys of LCD... such a shame.
Makes you wonder what he was buried with. Startac?

Another giveaway that this is a two person tomb is the picture on the monitor.

First off, this is a grave for two people, not just one dude...
Second, I am EXTREMELY sad to report that this is most likely located somewhere in Serbia/Montenegro. I am 98% sure of this because her name is quite readable and its Olivera Ćeranić. This could be Croatian/Bosnian except that the letters are Cyrillic and croatians/bosnians wouldn't be caught dead using Cyrillic alphabet (no pun intended)...

UUUH! look a bit closer - on the left top there's another grave that looks like a computer-shape! but this one looks like an imac...! on the left top there is a white strange shaped stone and on its right top corner in the background, there is the imac... or am i seeing a ghost? ;-)

Grave yards are such a waste of land, and marble. Just get cremated and have someone spread your ashes. In 50-100 years no one will really care about your tombstone, unless you were famous. Are tombstones just a "poor mans" memorial/statue type thing?
