We knew it was coming, and this morning TomTom officially debuted its new GPS handheld, the TomTom One XL. The new device will have a wide 4.3-inch touchscreen display with built-in Bluetooth and 32MB of RAM. It'll support real-time traffic displaying everything in 3D or 2D graphics with spoken-word instructions. The unit will be out in June for $399.
